Analytics puts a dashboard builder, a report designer and a natural-language query interface over the data in your collection system. Queries execute against your edge node; results, not the underlying data, come back to the browser. Reports can be scheduled and delivered as PDF, Excel or CSV by email or Slack.
Analytics is in development. It will be available to every account when it ships; existing customers get it automatically.
What it does
Drag-and-drop dashboards
Assemble tiles for placements, liquidation, staff throughput and anything else your data supports, without writing a query.
Report designer
Build tabular and summary reports with filters, grouping and formatting your partners will accept.
Scheduled delivery
Schedule any report to go out by email or Slack as PDF, Excel or CSV.
Natural-language querying
Type a question and get a query, a result and a chart. The question is answered against live data on your edge node.
Live data, not a nightly copy
Queries run where the data lives, so a dashboard reflects the current state of the operation.
Role-based access
Dashboards and reports are shared according to Portal roles.

Where your data lives
The analytics engine on your edge node runs queries locally and returns results to the cloud front end over a signed proxy. Your database is not replicated to the cloud.
