Available

Court e-filing automation

File with the court from your own network, on a client that keeps up with the portal.

eFile drives the state court e-filing portal the same way a clerk would, through a browser, but does it from an automated client on your edge node. Each jurisdiction has its own configuration describing the portal's forms and steps, and the client updates itself as court portals change, so the process does not stall on an IT ticket.

What it does

Browser automation on the edge

Filings are prepared and submitted by a client running inside the firm. Court credentials and documents stay on your side of the connection.

Per-jurisdiction configurations

Every court portal is different. eFile carries a configuration per jurisdiction that maps your case data onto that portal's forms, fields and attachments.

Self-updating client

When a court changes its portal, an updated configuration or client release is published centrally and picked up by the edge automatically, without a firm-side install.

Draft, review, then submit

Automated runs prepare each filing to the save-draft stage for quality control. Submission and payment are a separate, deliberate step. Each filing is metered in tokens at a rate set per court and filing type, shown before you file.

Jurisdiction coverage

Arkansas and Iowa configurations are in progress. Additional states are added per firm demand.

Run history

Every run is recorded with its outcome and captured evidence, so a filing question can be answered without re-tracing steps in the portal.

How a typical run goes

  1. 1

Queue the cases and documents to file from the eFile workspace in the Portal.

  2. 2

The edge client opens the court portal, enters the case data from the jurisdiction configuration and attaches documents.

  3. 3

The filing is saved as a draft and flagged for your staff's quality-control review.

  4. 4

After QC, a supervised submit step completes the filing and any fee payment.

Where your data lives

The automation client runs on your edge node with your court credentials. The cloud coordinates jobs and publishes updates; it does not hold documents or log into the court on your behalf.
