Attorney Review

Coming soon

Attorney Workbench

Meaningful attorney involvement, documented case by case.

Attorney Review gives the reviewing attorney a three-pane workspace: the queue of cases awaiting a decision, the documents for the selected case, and a decision panel to approve or deny. Demand, Suit and Motion-for-Default tracks each have their own queue and checklist, and every decision is recorded against the attorney who made it.

Attorney Review is in development. It will be available to every account when it ships; existing customers get it automatically.

What it does

Three-pane workspace

Case queue on the left, document viewer in the centre, decision panel on the right. The attorney never leaves the screen to make a decision.

Demand, Suit and Motion-for-Default tracks

Each track presents the cases and documents relevant to that stage, so a demand-letter review and a default-motion review do not look the same.

AI case summaries

Case notes and documents are summarised for the attorney, with statute-of-limitations references surfaced where they apply.

Approve, deny, annotate

Record the decision and the reason. Denied cases route back to staff with the attorney's notes.

Batch finalisation

Approved cases in a batch are finalised into court-ready files for the next step, whether that is a demand mailing or an eFile submission.

Decision record

Who reviewed what, when and with what outcome is kept as evidence of attorney involvement.

How a typical run goes

  1. 1

Staff stage cases into the Demand, Suit or Motion-for-Default queue.

  2. 2

The attorney opens the queue, reads the summary and source documents for each case.

  3. 3

Approve or deny with a note; the decision is recorded under the attorney's login.

  4. 4

Finalise the approved batch into court-ready files.

Where your data lives

Case documents are served from your edge node through a signed proxy and displayed in the browser. The cloud application coordinates the queue and records decisions; it does not warehouse the documents.
