Skip Trace is a three-column workbench for the files that need a fresh address. Files are queued by diary code, candidate addresses are laid out beside the current one, and each candidate is a single click to accept, dismiss or replace. Affidavit of Service documents are analysed to extract and validate address evidence directly from the record.
What it does
Queue by diary code
Files enter the workbench according to your diary codes, so the operator works the population that actually needs attention.
Three-column workbench
File list, current file details and candidate addresses side by side. No tab switching to compare a candidate against the file.
One-click decisions
Update the file to a candidate, dismiss a candidate, or add an address by hand. Each action is recorded.
Affidavit of Service analysis
Affidavits are parsed for the address where service was attempted or completed, and the extracted address is validated before it is offered as a candidate.
Evidence attached
Each candidate carries the source it came from, so the operator can see why an address was suggested.
Write-back to your system
Accepted addresses are written back to the file on your edge node, keeping the system of record current.

Where your data lives
File data and affidavit documents are read from your edge node over a signed proxy and updated in place. The cloud workbench holds the session, not the file.
