RemitIQ links your operating and trust accounts through Plaid, pulls transactions as they post, and matches them against configurable trust-account rules. The result is a reconciliation you can hand to an auditor, produced from live bank data rather than a spreadsheet assembled after the fact.
What it does
Bank connectivity via Plaid
Connect accounts with your bank's own login flow. Transactions are ingested automatically once the account is linked.
Configurable reconciliation rules
Define how deposits, remittances and fees should net out per client and per trust account. RemitIQ flags anything that does not reconcile.
Legal entities and accounts
Model each legal entity in the firm, the accounts it owns and which offices remit into them.
Bank-account certification
Record and track certification of each trust account so compliance evidence is kept alongside the reconciliation itself.
Config pushed to each office
Reconciliation configuration is pushed to the edge node at every office, keeping remote locations aligned with the rules set centrally.
Audit trail
Every rule change, match and exception is recorded with who did it and when.

Where your data lives
Reconciliation configuration is distributed to each office's edge node. Bank connectivity is handled through Plaid with your bank's own authentication; RemitIQ never stores your online-banking credentials.
